For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So, they have no excuse for not knowing God.

God is spirit, one you cannot see or touch physically. But when you realize there is a spiritual realm beyond what you can see or touch or hear – a whole new world opens. It’s a world that includes God and all the wonderful things he gives us – like courage, inspiration, emotional strength. You’ll experience the deepest form of love – not only for those close to you, but for the many with whom you share the world. It’s a different kind of love – a love that could only come from God.

All those wonderful things, though you can’t touch them, are very real. God creates them. They are as real as the physical things you see with your eyes. God places them inside your heart. The God who created the earth. The God who created you and me.

The most wondrous thing about all this? As we witness God’s work on earth and in our hearts, he gives us the desire and the freedom to give expression to it all through words and artwork. God inspires us to become creators like himself. What the Bible says is true. He created us in his own image. (Genesis 1:27)
