You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

Have you ever searched for love and found yourself in the wrong place? You looked where you thought God might live – where you thought you might find his warmth.

How you longed for someone kind to know you…in this place called home! But home was not what you had hoped it to be. This home did not have the love you looked for – the love that comes from God.

You had to search elsewhere.

You learned that true love isn’t really where you can touch it and feel it. God’s love is a spirit that enters your heart. And yes, it too brings warmth if you will stop for a while and allow it to be.

Love from God will never let you down. What’s more, when God’s love enters your soul, the vastness is never-ending. It gets spread around, wherever you go.

Every time you smile, every time you have a kind word for someone, God’s love fills you up all over again. Every smile you send out returns to you with blessings, blessings that never end. God’s love travels with you, always multiplying.

So, you see, you don’t have to search far. Ask God to fill you with his love, and he’ll make it part of who you are.
