First Nations people were considered inferior. Residential schools “bettered” the lives of their children. And children died—away from family and home.
Those with mental health challenges, no matter how well they function, are considered inferior. Not of equal worth. Not credible. When will they be heard?
We’re God’s children. Brothers and sisters all.
