“Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say.”

“Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me! Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don’t you believe me? Whoever belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God.”

Dear Jesus,

Why should I worry about what’s past? Look at the beautiful scripture I’m finding with promise for a good life. For writings that will pass your word on to others. For photographs that flow from your heart.

I want to help others find you. Your joy and your love. Please help me do so, Lord. Help me bring people to you. Help me write your story – how you served and how you died for us.

How did it feel, Lord Jesus, to speak the truth about you and your Father but not to be heard?

How frustrating it must have been and how painful to see the devil turn the people you loved away from you!
