Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal account. Your order will be shipped after payment has been received.

Shipping

Shipping to Canada and the United States is free. If ordering from outside Canada or the United States, please contact me before ordering for a quote on the shipping fee.

I will ship most orders within 2-4 business days. If there’s a delay, I will notify you immediately. If you have special shipping instructions, make a note in the checkout or email me at marja@marjabergen.com. Books are shipped from Burnaby, BC via Canada Post. Make sure the shipping address you’ve provided is correct.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. I can only accept returns on damaged or defective items. Please notify me at marja@marjabergen.com within 10 days of delivery if there is damage or missing items so I can rectify the situation.
